Pretty awesome day

So other than the small bickers between me an my boyfriend today, it was a pretty amazing day. I thought that work was going to be horrible since I got like NO sleep last night, but Gord ended up sucking up and taking me out for a Frosty before work. And as much as it tasted delicious. I never wanna scarf a frosty in 10 minutes again. That was just bad. I was on like a sugar high the entire time I was at work. So any small action was turned into this huge thing with me being eccentric and all.

My co-workers couldn't believe how hyper I was. It was just like -bounces off wall- My supervisor also took me aside and did a whole little "15th shift refresher" to go over what I was supposed to do and anything she wanted me to improve on. And she basically just looked at me, checked everything off, and smile and said "Get back to work"! haha. It was the quickest thing because she didn't ask me to clarify anything. And she just sat there giving me compliments. It was good to hear that I was such a good worker and was appreciated. It made my week that much better. Especially after she went "I wish all the workers were like you".

Then we got on the topic about how I was asking for more hours by being trained in different departments so that I could work them all for cover if need be. And she was so upset saying stuff like "They can take you but I better get you back" and "If they don't there's going to be a fight" and I just sat there laughing. I mean what else can you do, right? So hopefully that's good, she was also saying that she wants to keep me on and for me to continue working since I was such a big asset to the company and that I've had no complaints from co-workers or customers, which is apparently really rare for someone who's only been working for like a month and a half.

So they started training me on a different department since one of the co-workers is leaving monday. -Sad face- since I really liked her. But I'm glad that they think that after a month I'm ready to do this department since it's apparently the hardest next to customer service.

Annnnyways! I work 7 hours tomorrow, early morning, so off to bed for me! Night!!
