Some people are seriously...

Special. Its the only word I can think of thats not super offensive to some people. Like seriously. Today was the worst day at work by far since ive started there! I worked cashier today and i swear i got all the retarded and cranky customers.

my first one, he was like something you'd see out of a horror flick as some serial killer. When he left all i was thinking was "Fear 3" and "omg i better sleep with one eye open since he might come after me" and my coworker; Amanda, totally agreed with me. All because when i asked him "Would you like a cash advance today?" he said no. then after the transaction he was like "I wanted cash back!" and I couldnt give it to him. It was somme freaky shit. But c'mon buddy. I know you're older, but listen when a person is talking to you damnit!

my second one was a character too, he wanted to apply for the credit card to get his 20% off and i rinng him through to find out he's been denied, and i was having him fill out the paper app and i went to ask him for his Drivers license or some other form of ID so i can write it on the paaper and you know, NOT get in trouble. So he  turned around and said "Why should i if ive been denied anyways, i shouldnt have to give out my information" So i had to sit there and explain "You know, if we fill this out and you call the 1-800 number they should be able to set you up with one that way" but he refused. So i got in some MAJOR SHIT because i diddnt have that part of the appp filled out when he wouldn't give me his FUCKING CARD!

but my third and forth customers certainly make up for that! My third one, was 3 guys, Grandfather, dad, and grandkid buying a bike for the dad. and the grandfather didn't speak english very well. But he was going off about how he wanted his 20% off for the fact that he got a credit card but hasnt received it yet, so i had to spend like 10 minutes explaining, No i cant do that. Then at least another 5 minutes explaining that he didnt get the 10% discount unless he used the COMPANIES credit card. Not a bank or any other credit card. The COMPANIES! I dont know how many times i had to explain it to him before he was finally like, Fine. But it didnt end there, as much as i wish it had, he started going off about how there was HST on the bike. and was asking me to removed the HST on it since it wasn`t supposed to be there. So again i was forced to sit there and explain "No sir, there is HST tax on basically everything now adays, that includes bikes" so he wasnt happy about that either. I was just getting to the point that i would have done just about anything to get him to leave it was so annoying. When the guy who was getting the bike turned around and spent 5 minutes asking me if he could return the bike if he didnt like it. After like 10 times of saying "Yes you can, if there is no damage to the bike, you have the receipt and the warranty papers, within 30 days". So FINALLY after 20 fucking minutes, they left. And unfortunately, it was SUPER busy too, and only 2 cashiers. So it was 20 minutes that was reflected on the rest of the customers in line.

My last customer though. Oh she was a hoot. I was just closing down my till to go home when she came up so I was like "Ya she only has 3 itesm ill ring her through" so i do that and she wants to use her company credit card so she can get her discount, and i ring it through to find out that the credit card wasnt authorized, so i have to call the company HQ and get it verified by them, to have them tell me that she needs to fill out a new app.  I was like "ok thats not too bad" well my machine got stuck in one mode and wouldnt come out, so my co-worker who i was asking help from came over and hit a couple numbers to have the complete purchase go through on something. So i was like "ok ill just get Liz over here for an all void" and soo I was trying to explain to the customer that she needed another credit card, be it a visa or mastercard that wasnt from our company to verify  her credit rating. Well she didnt have another fucking card! Go figure.... so she was trying to go "I have my drivers license, and my SIN card, and my SAVE-ON-MORE card, what more do you want?" um... YOUR FUCKING CREDIT CARD!

In the end the purchase didnt ggo through and im pretty sure all this was oover the fact that she didnt call the 1-800 number and verify her cards activation. She was saying "I signed the back, that should be enough" and i was like -headdesk- plus i got in some major shit over the 2 things that weren't my fault. My CO-WORKER punched in the random numbers, and because of that my supervisior couldnt do a void since she didnt have the credit card. Whoop-de-do for me, im in shit. Plus the customr that wouldnt let me write down his license number. Whoop-di-do, im in shit for that too.

To leave and go get some food, and realized that 


I FUCKING LOST MY WALLET. 

thank god i found it but by that time it was only 2PM and i just wanted to go home.....
